Notes and commercial terms
Rate basis
- All rates are quoted in USD per engineer per month.
- The monthly unit price corresponds to a minimum of 20 working days, 8 hours per day.
- Overtime is charged in accordance with the prevailing Vietnamese Labor Law.
Remote and onsite
- Remote — the engineer works from Hola Tech's office in Hanoi.
- Onsite — the engineer works at the client's premises; travel, visa and accommodation are billed at cost.
Included in the rate
- English communication capability is already included — no language surcharge is applied.
- Seniority levels: Level 1 is 1–2 years, Level 2 is 3–5 years, Level 3 is over 5 years.
- Roles marked senior only are offered at Level 3 exclusively.
Taxes and validity
- Rates are exclusive of value-added tax, withholding tax and any other taxes or fees.
- Rates are valid for engagements starting in 2026 and are held for 30 days from the date of issue.
